Will it really hold my big cat?
Yes. The steel frame and 4 suction cups are weight-tested to 18 kg* on clean, smooth glass. Most adult cats weigh 3–7 kg. *Grip depends on the surface, so always mount it on clean, dry, smooth glass and check the cups regularly.
Will it fall down?
On clean, smooth glass the lock-lever suction cups hold very firmly. Avoid dusty, wet or textured surfaces. Press the cups again once every 1–2 weeks, especially in very hot or humid weather.
My window has a grill. Can I use it?
It needs a smooth glass panel at least 60 cm wide on the inside of the grill. It also works well on sliding glass balcony doors and bathroom/bedroom mirrors.
Will my cat actually use it?
Most cats take to it within a day or two, because cats naturally love high, sunny spots. Tip: place a treat or their favourite blanket on it for the first few days.
How do I clean it?
Unzip the cover and hand-wash it in cold water, then air-dry. Wipe the frame with a damp cloth.
Is it suitable for kittens or small dogs?
It's great for kittens (mount it lower) and adult cats. It isn't designed for dogs.
Can I move it to another window?
Yes. Lift the lock levers, release the cups and re-mount it anywhere in seconds.
